Apartment, house & office lockout
Standard pin-tumbler or mortise lock, opened without drilling in most cases.
Car lockout
Non-destructive entry for most makes and models.
Broken key extraction
Removing a broken key from a door lock, padlock, or car. Often bundled with a lockout on the same visit.
Lock installation, standard grade
Deadbolt or lever, hardware and labor included.
High-security lock installation
Mul-T-Lock or comparable UL 437-rated cylinder, hardware and labor included.
Drilling & cylinder replacement
Only when picking isn't realistic. Priced and confirmed with you before we drill anything.

Pricing: what people ask before they call
Is there a separate trip or service-call fee?
No. Other locksmiths often add a $40–80 trip charge on top of the job price. Ours is built into the numbers above — the price you hear on the phone is the total for getting a technician to your door and doing the work.
Why might my price be different from what I saw on another site?
Some locksmiths quote a low number to get you to say yes, then raise it once they're at your door. We quote based on what you describe, and if the job turns out to be different once we're on site, you hear the new price before we start — you're never billed for a surprise.
Do you charge more on weekends?
No. We're on the phone 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day, and the prices above apply throughout those hours, weekends included.
What payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, cash, or card by terminal or payment link, due when the job is complete.
Do you work in Manhattan and Queens, or just Brooklyn?
